No porblem! Easily access our return portal to purchase an return shipping label. All customers who did not purchase the Free Return & Exchange Protection Plan  can conveniently purchase a shipping label for a flat fee of $6.00 for any number of items. If a customer selects  exchange, the customer does not have to pay for additional shipping for their exchanged items to be sent back to them (we'll cover that! 😉)

1.) All qualifying Domestic orders are eligible for one FREE Exchange. If the exchanged item doesn’t work out, customers can return for a refund via store credit.

2.) Exchanges can only be made when selecting a different variant of the same item. If you would like to make an exchange for a different item, you will have to select the store credit option. Please note, that if an exchanged item becomes out of stock before your exchange has been processed, our system will automatically process your exchange as store credit, which will be sent via email.

3.) The only exception to Final Sale items are item(s) received defective. Please report any defective item(s) received to support@modeststyleboutique.com, within 3 days of the item(s) being received.

4.) Returns are processed within 5-7 business days (not including weekends) from when they were received.

5.) Returns labels will expire for all returns or exchanges NOT received within 30 days from when the original order was delivered.

6.) All order cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee which will be deducted from the customer's refund to cover all transactional commission fees associated with your order, that are not refunded to us when refunds are processed.

7.) Any regular-priced items sent back past the 30 return policy timeframe will be subject to a 25% store credit deduction. 



Once your return has been delivered, please allow 5-7 business days (not including holidays or weekends) for your return to be fully processed.

Unfortunately, no. Once a return request has been submitted, we cannot adjust the outcome that was selected.

Yesm however customers do not have to pay for additional shipping for their exchanged items to be sent back to them (we'll cover that! 😉)
