NO!

FIRST OF ALL, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS!! BE AWARE THAT IF YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, AND YOU HAVE SOMETHING WITH A FLAW, THEY WILL NOT LET YOU RETURN ESPECIALLY IF YOU GET A REPLACEMENT WITH THE SAME FLAW. ALSO, THEY TAKE FOREVER RESPONDING BACK. IT TOOK 5 TIMES OF SENDING EMAILS BEFORE THEY FINALLY ANSWERED.
SECOND, FOR THOSE WHO BUY ANY OF THE SERENA DRESS MAKE SURE YOU CHECK FOR ANY FLAWS BEFORE TAKING TAGS OFF.
WE HAD ONE DRESS WITH A FLAW, SENT FOR REPLACEMENT, AND INSTEAD OF CHECKING THE DRESS BEFORE SENDING, THEY HAD THE NERVE TO SEND ANOTHER ONE AND THE SAME SIZE WITH THE SAME FLAW. WE TRIED TO RETURN THEM, BUT THEY REFUSED TO SEND ME A RETURN LABEL AFTER ASKING MORE THAN ONCE TO SEND THEM BACK.
IT’S THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE CARE OF THEM AND SEND THEM BACK TO WHOEVER MADE THEM. I DON’T WANT THEM AND AM NOT ABLE TO WEAR DUE TO FLAW. ITS NOT MY FAULT AND THEY NEED TO STEP UP AS A BUSINESS AND TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THEY WILL LOSE BUSINESS. THAT IS ONE WAY TO LOSE BUSINESS IS REFUSING FLAWED RETURNS AND EXPECTING CUSTOMERS TO KEEP THEM BECAUSE THEY DON’T WANT TO DEAL WITH IT.
WHY DON’T THEY LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND RETURN THE FLAWED ITEMS AND CONTACT WHO THEY NEED TO MAKE SURE NO MORE END UP THAT WAY. NOPE, CAN’T DO THAT, THEY MAKE YOU KEEP THEM. THAT IS ONLY GOOD BUSINESS. BUT THEY CANT POSSIBLY DO THAT, TAKE THE LOSS, AND MAKE IT RIGHT WITH THE CUSTOMERS. THAT LOOKS BAD FOR THEIR BUSINESS. THAT’S A GOOD WAY TO GET A NEGATIVE REPORT TO THE BBB.
BECAUSE OF HOW THEY ACTED AND REFUSING TO LET ME RETURN FLAWED ITEMS, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!! NOT THANK YOU.
